About Be-Fit Gym Plaza
Be-Fit runs several clubs on the island and this is the Plaza Madeira one, built into the shopping centre at São Martinho over 1750 square metres. The model is what they call premium low-cost: the equipment and the class timetable of a full club at a membership price closer to a budget chain, which is why the floor is busy at six in the evening. For a visitor the useful part is the building it is in, with a car park underneath and a supermarket next door.
