Pedro Matos founded the practice and runs it as managing partner. The firm handles the Portuguese routine that catches new arrivals out: registering an activity under the right terms, the filing that follows month by month, and the annual return. They also form Portuguese companies for owners who never travel here, open the business bank account remotely, and keep companies compliant inside Madeira's International Business Centre, where qualifying income is taxed at 5% rather than the region's general 13.3%. Licensing for that regime closes to new companies at the end of 2026.
