Yoga taught outside at Paul do Mar, with the Atlantic doing most of the work. Lena Bremm takes the classes and pitches them at whoever turns up, so a first mat and a twenty year practice end up on the same clifftop without either being wasted.
About Yoga by Lena
Paul do Mar is a fishing village at the bottom of the cliffs on the west coast, and the reason to practise here rather than in a studio is that the room has no walls: the sea is the noise, the light comes off the water, and in the evening the class runs into the sunset. Lena Bremm teaches it, and the thing people say afterwards is about the pace, which is slow enough that nobody is being corrected in front of anybody. Meditation hikes and longer workshops run alongside the regular classes.
