Infinite Discoveries Madeira is a Funchal operator who drives you round the island in a hybrid people carrier, stopping where you want rather than where a coach has to. Half days on either coast, a full day across both, or an itinerary built around you.
About Infinite Discoveries Madeira
The four set routes between them cover most of the island. The south coast run takes in Câmara de Lobos, the Cabo Girão skywalk and Ponta do Sol; the north coast run goes to São Vicente, the black sand at Seixal and the lava pools at Porto Moniz; the full day crosses the mountains to put both coasts in one trip, with an optional lunch stop; and the cultural route works through parish churches, hilltop chapels, old quintas and the villages around them. A private tour starts from a blank page instead, with the timing, the pace and the stops set by whoever booked it. Groups are capped at six because the van seats seven.
