Arbor roasts its own coffee and makes its food in house, then serves both on a garden terrace under a canopy, a few steps back from the road. It is built for a long breakfast rather than a coffee taken standing up.
About Arbor Food & Coffee
Arbor sits on Avenida do Infante, across the road from Parque de Santa Catarina, in a garden set back from the pavement. Most of the seating is outside on a raised terrace under a canopy, which is where the name comes from.
The coffee is the reason most people come. Green beans are bought direct from farmers and roasted in house rather than bought in ready roasted. The kitchen is small and built for brunch: three burgers, three toasties, two big salads, seasonal plates such as hummus with roasted aubergine, and the Arbor Turkish eggs on sourdough.
